HDPE inner ribbed pipe production line is a special equipment for the production of high density polyethylene (HDPE) inner ribbed pipe, the main components of the production line include:
1. Single screw extruder: used to melt and plasticize HDPE raw materials to provide the necessary pressure and temperature conditions for the molding of pipes.
2. Head mold: The head is the core part of pipe forming. The design of the mold determines the shape and size of the pipe.
3. Vacuum shaping platform/vacuum shaping box: used for cooling and shaping the just-extruded pipe to ensure the stable shape of the pipe.
4. Pull machine: pull the shaped pipe from the production line to maintain the continuity and stability of production.
5. Forming machine: Further processing of the pipe to make it reach the required size and shape requirements.
6. Cutting machine: the continuous production of the pipe is cut according to the set length.
7. Finished pipe bracket: used to store and transport finished pipe.
