1. Mixing equipment: The traditional mixing equipment is composed of hot mixing and cold mixing. Hot mixing is to add resin, fiber, inorganic substances and additives to the hot mixing pot, and heat up through high-speed movement, so that the additives melt and disperse in the resin and fiber inorganic substances. The more uniform the material dispersion, the better the stability of production and product quality. Cold mixing is to take away the heat of the hot mixed material in the cold mixing pot through the low-speed operation of the motor and the circulation of water, reduce the temperature of the material, which is conducive to the stability of production and color.
2. Granulation equipment: The equipment used for PP/PE wood molding grain mainly has two kinds of cone and double. The effect of double cone granulation is not very good, mainly because the fiber is difficult to disperse and easy to agglomerate, which affects the performance of the product, such as high water absorption and easy to mold. Flat double will not appear the phenomenon of fiber agglomeration, domestic PP/PE wood molding grain basically adopts flat double granulation.
3. Extruder: Domestic extruders, whether one-step method or two-step method, basically use conical double to extrude products. PP/PE wood plastic fiber content is high, the wear of the equipment is serious, so the quality of the screw barrel is very important. At present, the double alloy screw barrel introduced by the manufacturer adopts segmented structure and full alloy sintering technology in the inner hole, which can extend the service life of the screw barrel.
4. Mold: Mold design has an important impact on product quality, molding, product compactness and production speed. In particular, solid thick products have higher requirements for molds.
5. Other equipment: Wood-plastic composite processing machinery is also required to be equipped with feeding equipment, drying equipment, molding equipment, and necessary downstream equipment such as cooling water tanks, traction equipment and cutting equipment.
The production process of wood plastic equipment usually includes batching, high cold mixing, extrusion, foaming, cooling and shaping, spraying, traction cutting, stacking, inspection and finished product storage and other links. The application of wood-plastic equipment is very wide, can produce a variety of profile products, such as wood-plastic greenhouse supports, PVC wood-plastic profiles, building templates, etc.
