Process flow:
·Raw material preparation: PVC resin, stabilizer, moistening.
Raw materials such as slip agent are mixed evenly according to a certain proportion.
·Extrusion molding: the mixture is heated and melted through the extruder.
Melt and form in the mold to obtain PVC sheet.
·Wood decoration film composite: PVC plate and wood grain installation. The decorative film was compounded by hot compress technology to form PVC polymer paint-free board.
·Cooling and shaping: the composite sheet is cooled by the cooling system at an appropriate speed to ensure the stable shape and size of the sheet.
·Traction edge cutting: the cooled sheet is pulled by a traction machine. And cut edges according to need to get the required size of the sheet.
·Cutting and stacking: the edging plates are cut according to the order requirements and stacked neatly for subsequent packaging and transportation.
